Gil Rafalovich received his B.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology in 2014.
In his research, he will focus on machine learning and signal processing techniques for rain monitoring using commercial satellite links under the supervision of Dr. Jonatan Ostrometzky.
